Philippines Entry Requirements

All travellers must register at the eTravel online portal and complete the electronic health declaration checklist in order to receive a QR code for validation by the Bureau of Quarantine.

Please complete the online form at https://etravel.gov.ph/

Registration is free, and you can either create a free online account or download the eGovPH app. You may only apply within 72 hours of your expected arrival into the Philippines.

You will need:

• A portrait-style photograph
• Your passport information
• Your occupation
• Your arrival and departure dates
• The details of your first hotel (if booked with Wendy Wu Tours, please refer to your final documentation)
• A list of any countries you have visited in the last 30 days (excluding Australia/country of origin)

You must register your departure from the Philippines on the same online portal within 72 hours (but not less than 3 hours) before your scheduled departure.
