Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) - not required

The South Korean Government has announced that the Korean Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) will be an optional travel document until December 31, 2024, and travelers with an K-ETA do not need to submit an arrival card at entry. Starting January 1, 2025, travelers aged 18 to 64 must have an K-ETA to enter South Korea. Those 17 and under or 65 and older are exempt but can apply for an ETA to benefit from not having to complete an arrival card. You can apply for and purchase a South Korean K-ETA, also called a K-ETA, entirely online. After you receive your ETA by email, print it, bring it with you when you travel, and present it at immigration. Getting an ETA with sherpa° is fast, simple and secure
