Nepal now offers a tourist visa on arrival service for Australian passport holders, and is not processed by Wendy Wu Tours.
Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport is the only international airport of Nepal.
Nepal Visa on Arrival
You can complete the tourist visa form online prior to arrival by visiting https://nepaliport.immigration.gov.np/ and answering the questions. If you choose to complete this prior to arrival, you will receive a submission receipt that includes a barcode. Please print or save this submission receipt and bring it with you to Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport.
Please note: the code is only valid for 15 days.
You will require the following to complete the tourist visa form:
- Passport copy
- Name of first hotel in Nepal
- Arrival flight information (including departure airport and arrival flight number)
Alternatively, you may fill out the form using the kiosk machines upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport.
Make payment for your visa and present the payment receipt to the Immigration Desk along with your completed submission form and your passport.
