Applicable for tours entering Laos via cruise.
All Wendy Wu group tours include the Laos visa processing fee, unless you have opted to arrange this yourself. For private tours or short stays, the visa may not be included, please refer to your invoice.
We organise the Laos visa on arrival only when entering Laos by cruise port, including on the Thailand & Laos Adventure tour where the e-Visa is not valid.
If you are entering Laos via flight, we will apply for the e-Visa before your arrival. Please refer to the e-Visa instructions here.
Laos Visa on Arrival - Thailand & Laos Adventure tour
We do not require your physical passport. If you haven't done so already, please email a copy of your passport information page to info@wendywutours.com.au as we do need an electronic copy for international and domestic flights.
On arrival into Laos, please complete the paper immigration form. You will be required to pay USD 40 per person at port of entry. We suggest that you take 2 x professional passport photos with you to attach to the form.
If you do not have the passport photos with you, they may be taken by the immigration police however charges apply.
Visa Conditions
- Wendy Wu Tours has no control over Consular decisions to issue visas.
- A passport with a minimum of six months validity is required for customers traveling to all countries in our programme.
