If you haven't done so already, please email info@wendywutours.com.au your insurance provider and policy number for our records.
Optional - Visit Japan Forms
Passengers may wish to complete a Questionnaire available on the Visit Japan website before departure from Australia for a smoother and quicker arrival procedure. Alternatively, you will need to complete this upon arrival into Japan at your first point of entry.
