Taiwan Entry Requirements

Effective 01 October 2025, all guests travelling to Taiwan must complete an electronic arrival card within 3 days prior to their arrival.

The Card can be completed online at: https://twac.immigration.gov.tw/

Wendy Wu Tours will send your final documentation to you approximately 3 weeks prior to your departure from Australia. You can use the information provided in your final documents to complete the form within 7 days prior to your arrival into Taiwan.

You will need: a copy of your passport, a portrait photograph, the contact information of your first hotel (refer to your final documents), and your arrival flight details (airline and flight number).

Click the blue “submit arrival card” button as below:

After completing the online application, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF containing your Arrival Card Information, save this onto your phones or present a printout to be submitted to immigration.

Note: There is no charge to complete the e-arrival entry form.  If you have accessed a website requesting payment, you are on an incorrect website.

A YouTube video tutorial is available here:

Please note that you may be screened for high body temperature when you arrive in Taiwan. This is to guard against pandemics such as SARS and COVID-19. Depending on your results, you may need more medical tests.

Note: Entry requirements change frequently and without prior notice. It is each traveler's responsibility to ensure they complete the necessary forms and meet the entry requirements for the country visiting.
