Costa Rica Entry Requirements
Costa Rica - Visa Not Required for Australian Passport Holders
Australian passport holders do not require a visa for tourism purposes for stays of less than 90 days.
The current entry requirements for Costa Rica are as follows. You will be required to have/provide:
- A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity upon arrival in Costa Rica.
- At least one blank page in your passport for immigration stamps.
- Travel documents, including evidence of a return or onward ticket.
Please be aware that these details may change at any time. It’s recommended to monitor the official Costa Rican government and travel advisory sites (like Smart Traveller) up until your departure date.
