Turkey is a country located at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. It is bordered by the Mediterranean & the Aegean Sea & to the north lies the Black Sea. Turkey shares borders with several countries and serves as a geographic and cultural bridge between the Middle East and Europe.
The average temperature in Turkey varies depending on the region and the time of year. Summers, especially inland and southeastern areas, can be hot and dry, with temperatures often exceeding 38 degrees Celsius in July and August. Winters are colder, particularly in the eastern and mountainous regions, where temperatures can drop significantly in December and January.
