China E-Arrival form

All travellers to China (except transit and cruise passengers) need to complete the E-Arrival Entry Form prior to entry. You can complete the form within three months of entry, however we recommend waiting until you receive your final documents (approx. 3 weeks before departure) as you will need your hotel information.

Step-by-Step Guide to China Online Arrival Card

You will need the following to get started:
- Your Passport (also the bio page saved on your phone or as a jpeg on your computer)
- Flight Itinerary
- Hotel information which is found in your final documents.

Upload your passport. (save a copy of the bio page to your mobile or desktop first)
Select your passport type—for most of you, this will be “Ordinary Passport”.

The form will auto populate your details. Please check these are correct.
You will need to manually add your arrival information. Under City of Entry enter the first international airport where you land in China (even if you are transferring to a different city)

Note: There is no charge to complete the China e-arrival entry form.  If you have accessed a website requesting payment, you are on an incorrect website.
