Effective 01 July 2024, all guests travelling to Cambodia must complete a mandatory online e-immigration application within 7 days prior to their arrival.
For example, if you are planning to arrive in Cambodia on 10 August, you must complete the online e-immigration application between 03 - 10 August. In some cases, you may have already left Australia and be travelling in another country when you need to complete this form.
Note: you are not required to complete the online version if you are entering via cruise. This is only valid for entry via air or land.
How can I complete the e-arrival card?
You may complete the form via the mobile phone app called Cambodia e-Arrival (CeA), or the form can be completed online. The app and the registration process are free of charge.

After completing the online application, a QR code will be generated. Travelers should save this QR code on their phones or present a printout to be submitted to immigration.
What do I need to complete the e-arrival card?
You will need a copy of your passport, a portrait photo, the contact information of your first hotel, and your arrival flight details (airline and flight number).
Wendy Wu Tours will send your final documentation to you approximately 3 weeks prior to your departure from Australia. You can use the information provided in your final documents to complete the form within 7 days prior to your arrival into Cambodia.
Do I still need a visa?
Yes, a visa is still required.
This immigration form replaces the previous paper-based immigration and customs arrival system. It does NOT replace a visa.
